Broken workflow?
Send it. Get it fixed.

Send me the workflow export and the error message.

I diagnose the root cause, fix it in an isolated copy, test it, and hand it back with documentation — all in writing, no calls or meetings required.

  • Fully asynchronous — no calls
  • Works from an exported copy
  • No account access required

Your workflow is fixed in a copy of your exported workflow and tested in an isolated environment. You then validate and import it in your own environment.

Example case

What a diagnosis actually looks like

Demonstration case — not a real client. Fictional company and data, used to illustrate the process.

Before

Webhook Format Payload CRM ✕

After

Webhook Format Payload CRM ✓

The payload was converted from an object into a string before reaching the CRM node. The correction removed the unnecessary JSON serialization. The logic was executed and validated against three test cases.

How this works

Built on transparency, not promises

Exported copy only

Work happens on a copy of your export. You validate and import the result in your own environment.

No account access

The standard service is designed around an exported file and error context — not credentials.

Asynchronous, in writing

No calls, no meetings. Every exchange is written and traceable.

Scope reviewed upfront

If the problem can't be reasonably diagnosed from the material provided, that's stated plainly — not guessed at.

What we don't promise

  • Production validation
  • Direct modification of your infrastructure
  • Guaranteed compatibility with undocumented or private APIs
  • Unlimited support
  • Resolution of unrelated bugs
FAQ

Common questions

Do I need to give you access to my n8n account?

No. The service is designed around an exported workflow and the relevant error/context. We do not require direct access for the standard service.

Do you take calls?

No. The entire process is asynchronous and handled in writing.

What if you cannot confidently identify the issue?

The scope is reviewed before work begins. If the problem cannot reasonably be diagnosed from the provided material, we explain the limitation rather than pretending.

Do you modify production?

No. We work from an exported copy. The client validates the corrected workflow in their own environment.

What do I receive?

A diagnosis, corrected workflow export when applicable, test report and handover documentation.

What if my problem is bigger than one workflow?

That is outside the standard Rescue scope and can be separately assessed.

Send the export + the error. Get a diagnosis back.
